Yes! If you trial a bit you love it, you can purchase it—and we’ll apply your rental fee toward the purchase price.
All bits are professionally cleaned and sanitized between uses using strict hygiene protocols, including:
- Deep cleaning with horse-safe disinfectants
- Thorough inspection before shipping

Returns and Refunds
We ship quickly so you can start testing right away!
- If the bit is in our inventory, it will ship within 1-2 business days.
- If a bit is currently out on rental, we’ll notify you as soon as it becomes available so you can complete your rental.
As of right now, we do not offer international shipping.
No problem—that’s exactly why we exist, every order includes a prepaid return label for easy returns.
Simply return it and try another option until you find the right fit.
For a one time bit rental:
- Select a bit
- Receive it in the mail
- Return the bit to EquiBit Exchange with the prepaid label
- Love it? Buy it! Your rental fee goes toward the rental price!
No stress— we have built flexibility into the system.
- After your 30 day trial, if you do not return the bit you will automatically be charged for another 30 day trial. If the bit is not returned within 60 days you will be charged the bit purchase price.
- But don't worry! We’ll send reminders to help you stay on track.
If a bit is lost, you will be charged the whole price of the bit less the rental fee.
We recommend:
- Storing bits in a secure tack area
- Using our packaging for safe returns
One Time Rental:
One time bit rentals are yours to try for 30 days! if you decide to keep it or it isn’t returned, we’ll simply apply your rental fee toward the rental price.
