Bit Rental Cleaning & Assumption of Risk Disclaimer
Cleaning and Sanitization Notice
All bits rented through EquiBit Exchange LLC are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals using industry-standard cleaning procedures. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that each bit is properly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected prior to shipment, no cleaning process can guarantee the complete elimination of all bacteria, viruses, fungi, or other contaminants.
By renting, handling, or using any bit provided by EquiBit Exchange LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The customer has been informed that the bit has previously been used by other horses.
- The customer accepts any and all risks associated with the use of a previously used and sanitized bit, including but not limited to the potential transmission of illness, infection, disease, allergic reactions, injury, or other health-related concerns.
- The customer is responsible for inspecting and cleaning the bit to their own satisfaction prior to use.
- The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented bit and its suitability for their horse.
- EquiBit Exchange LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, disease transmission, loss, damage, or expense arising from or related to the use of any rented bit, except where prohibited by applicable law.
By completing a rental transaction, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this disclaimer and assumption of risk.
